- This is the most wonderful bread knife in Japan. It is used by professional bakers in Japan. It is made in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a famous cutlery town in Japan. When I tried this knife, I had to buy it. It's amazingly sharp! Even freshly baked soft bread can be cut easily. It is just the right size to place on a dining table.
