We have been manufacturing automotive cooling components for over 20 years. We offer a wide range of all aluminum cooling solutions for trucks, classics, JDM, forklifts, powersports and more. We prides ourselves with quality products and excellent customer service. All products are TIG welded using aircraft grade aluminum, and tested rigorously before manufacturing. We trust our products. That is why we have the best warranty available on eBay at this price point.

     Warranty

Dynamic Radiator will replace our product should a customer experience a manufacturer’s defect. Only new products sold by Dynamic Radiators directly will be warrantied. We suggest that our products be professionally installed. The warranty is voided if our products are altered or modified, except for modifying mounting points. Please handle your radiator with care. The warranty policy does not pass upon transfer of any vehicle. Shipping is free for warranty claims within 30 days. No radiators will be warrantied due to external forces such a rock chip. Warranty apply to interntional orders, but buyer pays all international shipping.

We offer FREE shipping on most items, excluding discounted products, clearance items and or small items. Please check individual listing for exact shipping costs and policies. We ship via FedEx Ground/Express, or UPS Ground or USPS Priority, or DHL Express.

Item will ship from local warehouse(CA,GA).The shipping warehouse will make adjustments based on the inventory quantity or delivery address, and the estimated delivery time displayed on the eBay page may be inaccurate.. We observed all Federal holidays. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO, unless with prior arrangements.

      Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first before you initial a return. We will do everything we can to make things right.

After you receive the product, if you find that it isdamaged or leaked due to shipping, please do notapply for a return.Please take pictures of thedamaged parts of the outer packaging, the waybillnumber, and the damaged parts of the product andsend them to us.We will reply to you within 24hours and provide replacement or refund servicesafter understanding the situation.

Return Window: You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Any styrofoam padding and bubble wrap must be in place. Please beware that items that are not returned in sellable condition will be charged a 20% restoring fee. Any product that shows signs of usage will be refused. For radiator, please check fitment before filling it with coolant. Any radiator filled with coolant will be refused. All refunds will be processed when return is delivered to our warehouse.

     Product Disclaimer

Products sold by Dynamic Radiators are aftermarket parts. Minor modifications may be required for installation. Professional installation is highly recommended. If you are not sure about a product,please consult with your local mechanic before purchase. All radiators are crafted, assembled, welded, tested and packaged by hand. Minor dents on the fins are normal and will not affect the overall function and performance of the product.

We will take full responsibily if a seller-caused mistake occurs. 

We are not responsible for:

1) Radiators bought for wrong vehicle.

2) Any returns because the product is no longer needed.
