If the difference in cost between Parcel Select and Priority mail is not significant, I will often upgrade your shipping method to Priority. On most items I ship FLAT RATE FOR EVERYONE No matter your location. By agreeing to my shipping rates, there are no shipping refunds. Shipping includes Shipping and handling, materials, any additional insurance and fees.
Breakage of anything I ship is extremely rare. I'm proud of how carefully and safely I package my items. However, any shipping company on occasion may mishandle boxes and unfortunately that is out of my control.
***It is up to the buyer to file a claim if the item is damaged in transit.
It is much easier & faster for the person with the broken item to get a claim approved.
Please take multiple pictures of the item and the box for your claim.

WHAT I SELL ~ I sell primarily auction, estate sale and flea market finds. They are all pre-owned and in good, excellent or mint condition. I try to describe each item as if I were the buyer. Occasionally I will list a vintage, unused, "new" item in the original packaging. I intend that the photos will be used as a large part of the description.
