Antique, hand painted enamel Bohemian - possibly Moser - white and clear cased glass hinged Dresser Box. The top is painted with an Art Deco flower and geometric motif on the top and the sides have gold leaf trim accents. The lid is attached to the base with ormolu mounts and hinge. The box measures 3 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/4" high. It is in good condition, with evident wear to the gold leaf trims around the "belly" of the base section of the box - see photos for details. Hinge and latch work. From an estate in Switzerland. An unusual, distinctly Art Deco item for storing items on a vanity, nightstand or table.
