A great brace to help with forward posture. The straps are wide and comfortable, the Velcro holds well, and this comfortably does the job as intended. The biggest mistake I see patient's make with these braces is thinking they are meant to pull your shoulders back, they aren't. They are meant to remind YOU to pull your shoulders back yourself and keep them back as a habit. I would also suggest proprioceptive type work, and strengthening of the upper and mid back muscles, as well as stretches
