author signed first printing hardcover in mylar protected dust jacket, includes cd of music in sleeve inside rear board. new & unused with light dent to bottom of front board at spine; no marks, not remaindered, not exlib, not book club (no dj price but clearly not a club, too nicely made) & number line down to 1. signed  by author on title page. very large & heavy book, huge weighing in at over 5 pounds. A beautiful piece for the jazz fan.
