Billing

For each purchase, tax receipt is issued, which always travels together with the goods unless you request the sending from the customer by email or WhatsApp.
In case of request for tax invoice issue, the Customer must request the same in the notes of the order or in a message immediately after the purchase. The invoice will be issued in the flat rate, therefore without application of VAT: Pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs from 54 to 89, LN 190 of 2014 as modified by the LN 208 of 2015 and by the LN 145 of 2018 ".

Gift box

At the customer's request, for each product purchased, we can send the kit for free to create a fantastic gift box, or always on request, we can send the product already packaged as a gift, externally attaching the tax receipt.

Shipments

All our national and international shipments are traceable and are carried out with the couriers of SDA, UPS and Italian Post Office. Wanting to offer the best possible service we developed agreements in collaboration with the best couriers in order to always guarantee a quality service from the order aimed at delivery. The insurance service is included on all orders!

Customers residing in the European Union
The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the same. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the tax receipt.

Customers not resident in the European Union
We inform customers residing in Extra European Union countries that the return of the product is not accepted for any reason. The order can only be canceled before its evasion.
