This is an extremely rare game because it was produce at the end of the end of the Nintendo 64 run and limited quantities of this game were made. Very few of these Brand New and Sealed games of this title  come up for sale on eBay and when they do it's a find! This game has appreciated greatly over the past few years, and due to it's rarity, (Brand New & Sealed) it is expected to appreciate even more over the next few years.
