The pictures are of the actual item that you will receive.  There may be some small imperfections in the plastic seal.  There is a scratch on the front that looks to be behind the plastic seal on the front that is hard to see unless holding in the right lighting at the right angle.  The scratch is near the "O" in "Touch" and the "E" in "The".  I added 5 pictures to the end of the listing.  The scratch goes from the top of the case to the bottom.
