12mo.  272, 40 pages, indexed.  Hardcover bound in green cloth with titles in gilt.  Moderate wear to the binding.  The front and rear covers have pale spotting, and the spine is toned.  A sound copy with secure inner hinges.  Top edge gilt.  Endpapers foxed.  Text is toned but generally clean with a bit of foxing near the photographic plates.  Complete with the folding map at the rear.  The map has some brief tears at the edges of the folds.  Quite scarce.
