Jamie finished second in the Superstock race at Daytona in 2004!! Jamie has always been one of the most aggressive riders in the AMA paddock. He is the new 2003 AMA Supersport champion. In AMA Superbike, he finished 8th overall in 2001 behind champion Mat Mladin(2001), and 10th overall in 2002 behind champion Nicky Hayden(2002). He currently runs the Supersport and the Formaula Extreme classes. He didn't race World Superbike at Laguna Seca in 2002. He watched the race as his then Blimpie Yoshimura Suzuki teammates Mat Mladin and Aaron Yates raced against Colin Edwards, Troy Bayliss, Neil Hodgson, Nori Haga, Eric Bostrom, Ruben Xaus, Nicky Hayden, Anthony Gobert, Chris Walker, Doug Chandler, Frankie Chili, and James Toseland. His teammates this year are Damon Buckmaster, Aaron Gobert, and Jason Disalvo. He is not in the Superbike class this year so he doesn't have to race these guys: Miguel Duhamel(Honda), Ben Bostrom, Mat Mladin(Suzuki), Eric Bostrom(Ducati), Jake Zemke(Erion Racing), Aaron Yates. He does have to race against these guys in Superstock: Ben Spies, Josh Hayes, Steve Rapp, Chris Ulrich, Tommy Hayden, Jason Pridmore, and Roger Lee Hayden.
