SHIPPING IN THE USA:

Shipping rates are generally calculated by your distance from Chicago, Illinois.  Most of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail®, First Class Mail®, Media Mail or Parcel Post (where applicable), or FedEx Ground®. Ask about express options. Local pickup can be arranged as well.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 Business Days following confirmation of payment.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

We ship our Canadian orders either First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail®. Note: Shipments via First Class International can take up to 3-4 weeks due to the slow Canadian customs process which is beyond our control as a seller! Item tracking is only available to purchasers who opt for the Priority Mail® or Global Express options.

SHIPPING BEYOND N. AMERICA:

WE SHIP to many countries via First Class International Mail and Priority Mail®. There are a few exceptions that due to losses and theft that we cannot take a chance. Please understand!

We WILL NOT mark your item as a "gift." It is a violation of law to do so! International shipping does not include duty, taxes, VAT, etc that your nation charges. Please consider these before you bid!

COMBINED SHIPPING:

GELFCO ships quickly! Please be advised that all items need to be paid for at the same time in order to combine parcels. We will do our best to give you the lowest possible price for multiple orders.

Terms of Sale

We do accept returns, provided items are unused and still inside their original packaging (shoebox, clamshell, wrapping, etc). In the event there is a problem with the item, please notify us IMMEDIATELY and returns, exchanges, or refunds will be allowed on a case by case basis.
