-UPS Next Day Guaranteed- Order by 12pm Pacific Time to ship the same day for next day guaranteed delivery!
UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail do not have a guaranteed shipping timeframe. If you need your item ASAP in a guaranteed number of days we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day.

International Shipping Services:

-USPS Priority Mail- 6-10 days typical delivery time, but as long as one month on rare occasions. BUYER BEWARE - NO TRACKING with this service.
-USPS Express Mail- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 3-5 days typical delivery time with tracking, but as long as 2-3 weeks on rare occasions.
-USPS Global Express Guaranteed- 1-3 days GUARANTEED! (Most Countries, check USPS.com)

All customs fees are paid by the receiver.

We do not lower invoice values since it is a violation of US and International custom laws.

BUYER REQUIREMENTS TO BID:
1) Buyer must not have a negative feedback with less than 30 positives.
2) Buyer has not left a negative feedback for a seller that has a 97.5% or better feedback rating over the last 12 months or as their total feedback rating.
3) Buyer must pay for all items within 3 business days, or mailed payment must be postmarked within 3 business days.
4) Buyer must read the complete item description and policies in the auction fully and completely.
5) Buyer must email before making a bid on any item or combination of items over $1000 total cost.

We reserve the right to cancel your bid and refund your payment if you do not meet these requirements and did not email us using eBay's email system for approval prior to bidding. We will only exercise our right to cancel your bid when we feel we must to protect ourselves and our reputation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods, but we must charge a restocking fee of 25% to cover the costs we incur from eBay, Paypal, shipping, labor, etc. We also must charge a 25% restocking fee on any order which is cancelled after payment has been received, even if that order has not shipped. This is also to help cover the fees associated with eBay, PayPal, order processing, restocking, etc. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email with your paypal or authorize.net transaction id # and the reason for the return or exchange.
No returns are accepted without an RMA number which is given to the customer by TREperformance via email. Always have the RMA number clearly written on multiple sides of the package when you return the item. If it is not clearly written on multiple sides of the box it may be returned to sender. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
