Department 56 Dickens Heritage Village Series The Store of Walpole Tailors in original box.  New Condition never used.   Only the cardboard sleeve not the styro foam box shows any age at all as these have been stored for over 30 years.  This was part of some old store stock and this box as you can see is in only in fair condition with wear seen in pictures. The house is in perfect condition and includes the light kit.   I did not try to remove light kit for pictures as it is factory wound into the side of the styrofoam box and would not get it back in without possibly damaging the box but it is new condtion.   Perfect gift for the collector!
