This is a menu from The Eagle Tavern located in The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. This menu is a single sheet of a heavy paper stock often used in menus, and is in good shape.  It has been stored flat but there are some small punctures in it that can be seen in the photos and a few yellowish areas typical of a used menu. The front is the menu details and the back is a history of the Tavern.  The front measures 14" high by 10-1/4" wide.  The menu is not dated but appears to be from the 70's.  Please email with any questions.
