We accept returns on all new items for an eBay best period of 60 days. New items must be in original packaging(including plastic wrapped items), uninstalled, and in factory new condition. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer on items that are not defective or damaged.
We only sell factory new parts, no exceptions. Occasionally, an item is defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit. Stuff happens, but when it does, we'll take care of you. Contact us right away.
