Returns and Refunds:

Condition Grading Scale:

Fair- Represents excellent value for money. Displays significant signs of wear, including bumps, scratches, scuff marks and screen blemishes but no chips or cracks.

Good- Affordable and quality refurbished device. Displays minor signs of wear, including some light scratches and faded marks.

Mint- Highest grade for a refurbished device. Like new, showing almost no signs of wear. Any marks item may have are usually invisible from a distance.
