Here is a very handsome Limoges hand-painted porcelain decanter.  Piece measures 8.5"H x 4.75"square.  front features a flowering branch with pair of highly detailed birds on them, with matching branch on backside.  Top of decanter and stopper are black background with twisted rope and red roses going around both pieces.  NO maker's marks.... but very fine.  NO DAMAGES, great display and very useable.
