The book is in almost like new condition. Pages are clean, bright, and unmarked, and the binding is strong and straight. It contains 68 pages of charmingly illustrated recipes and instructions for all manner of salads and dressings including frozen salads, molded and jello salads, fruit salads, vegetable salads, seafood and chicken salads, dressings and relishes including many cranberry relish recipes. It’s a great addition to any culinary ephemera collection or cookbook collection.
