It will come programmed and updated with the latest calibration files to ensure your vehicle is running at its best. In order to do this, you will need to provide your VIN number. Please leave it in a note while checking out or send a separate message if you forget. VIN number is also required so the PCM is properly synced with other modules on your vehicle. If a VIN is not provided within 3 days, an un-programmed unit will be shipped. In addition to providing the VIN, updating wheel/tire sizes is also an option. If you have installed aftermarket wheels and tires, please provide the tire size.

Your PCM is equipped with a passive anti theft security module (PATS). You will also need to have a dealer or local locksmith re-set the module to sync the transponder keys to this PCM. Your vehicle will not start if you skip this step. You'll need at least two working keys for this.
