• Import fees (duties & taxes) are handled by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping.

• If customs contacts you for payment, please respond promptly to avoid delays.

• Important: Should a package be held by customs and the required fees remain unpaid, the carrier will be forced to return or abandon the shipment. In such cases, the item cannot be delivered and, regrettably, we cannot issue a refund, as we will incur substantial return fees from the carrier.
