15mm to 12mm Fork Thru Axle Conversion Kit. Use 12mm wheels in a 15mm fork. Converts 15x100 forks to 12x100 standard!

This conversion kit is compatible with the following makes/models:

IRD MCX MAX (tapered steerer)
Brother Mehteh
Velocite Tor
Orange (w/ 146mm thru axle) (including RX9)
Tideace MF004
Other manufacturers Rigid Carbon 15x100 forks which came with a M14x1.5mm or M14x2mm threaded thru axle, 152mm long, often marked '152B'.

Kit includes the following:

• Threaded Insert: 19mm outer diameter, 15mm long, M12x1.5mm internal thread

• Thru Hole Insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 24mm long

• Axle: 12mm x 152mm long, M12x1.5mm threads

Installation Notes:

1. Loosen set screw to remove existing threaded insert and replace with insert from kit.

2. Use grease on o-ring of thru hole insert and install into fork with a combined pushing and twisting motion. Do NOT use thru axle to drive thru hole insert into the fork.

3. Use grease threads of thru axle.
