This is the inside page from the Political Satistorial paper/magazine called the JUDGE published CIRCA 1900's regrading various national /poliical events in the United States.  Printed during the administration of President William McKinley 1897-1901. Cartoon shows American workers  "Put the Reopublicans out and put us in" Title of this cartoon is   
"THE SATISFIED AMERICAN WORKINGMAN"  P
cartoon deigned by VICTOR GILLIAM (Very vivid cartoons) 
Note the Judge was a weekly satirical magazine publilshed in the U.S. from 1881-1947. 
Mainley Republican Party baised 
Very good condition with typical wear & aging and some minor damage Not bad for a 125 old  paper.  Botton of page does have some damage but not into the design.
MINOR PAPER LOSS IN CENTER FOLD BUT NOT INTO THE DESIGN.
THIS CAN BE EASILY REPAIRED.
These were called  chromolithograph (Colored lithograph)  
No page numbers   
Size when open is 28" x 20.5" 
These are becoming hard to fine and would make a beautiful display for an office or home.
