The hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a reaction vessel with high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and high corrosion resistance. Its function is to dissolve samples that are difficult to dissolve under normal conditions and samples containing volatile elements quickly and without damage after heating and pressure increasing. . During the use of the hydrothermal synthesis reactor, high pressure will be generated as the temperature rises. If the pressure exceeds the pressure resistance limit of the hydrothermal synthesis reactor, deformation, explosion, and lock-up will occur. There are serious security risks. The common hydrothermal synthesis reactors on the market do not have overpressure protection devices. For the above situation, our company is committed to developing a new type of hydrothermal synthesis reactors with safety devices, which are simple and fast to operate, and safe and reliable to use. We will try our best to solve the security risks for you.
Features
1. The structure of the kettle body is quick-opening. Its advantages: simple operation, convenient and quick, without any tools, it can be assembled and disassembled with two fingers. Auxiliary tools such as bench vices, pipe wrenches, and afterburners are needed to completely solve the old-fashioned water heater.
2. Overpressure protection ensures safety for experiments. Its advantages: there is a bursting disc in the reactor, overpressure protection, automatic pressure relief, to ensure the safety of the experiment.
3. The material of the kettle body is forged 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of denser material, better pressure resistance and stronger corrosion resistance.
4. The lining material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which has the advantages of high strength, high thermal resistance and high chemical resistance.
How to ues
1. Before use, please clean the PTFE inner tank with pure water.
2. Pour the reaction material into the PTFE liner, and ensure that the filling in the kettle is less than or equal to 80% of the capacity of the liner.
3. Make sure the gasket under the kettle body is in the correct position (the bulge faces down), and then put the PTFE liner containing the material into the stainless steel kettle body.
4. Then put the kettle cover into the kettle body, pay attention to reserve a gap of 2 mm between the upper and lower kettle covers. If the gap is not enough, you can adjust the ring by rotating the kettle cover.
5. Then wrap the upper and lower flanges of the kettle body and the kettle cover with stainless steel clamps, and tighten the bolts on the clamps by hand.
6. Place the hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle in an oven, and raise the temperature to the required reaction temperature in strict accordance with the prescribed heating rate. (should be lower than the specified safe operating temperature).
Note:
1. When using, it is strictly required that the temperature and pressure should not exceed the pressure and temperature values.
2. The amount of solvent added for the reaction is determined according to different experiments, generally 60% to 80% of the capacity. The maximum filling in the kettle should not exceed 80% of the capacity.
3. This product must be heated in an oven, and it is strictly prohibited to use it in other heating environments.
4. Check the oven. The temperature of the old-fashioned oven will have a temperature shock phenomenon, which is more obvious at high temperature. It is recommended to use an oven with high temperature control accuracy, and the actual internal temperature control should reach ±2°C.
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the lid of the kettle under high pressure and high temperature. It must be confirmed that the temperature in the kettle is lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the reactant before opening the lid for subsequent operations. (Do not twist the clamp nut during cooling).
