Our Himalayan Gold Shilajit Resin is a premium naturally occurring mineral-rich resin, carefully wild harvested from the remote Skardu region of the Pakistani Himalayas at altitudes above 17,000 ft. Traditionally known as "Mountain Balsam" or "Mountain Oil", Shilajit has been valued for centuries and is prized for its naturally occurring fulvic acid, trace minerals and unique resinous composition.

After harvesting, the resin is carefully purified using a traditional pure water extraction process before being micro-filtered and naturally sun-dried to produce a smooth, premium quality resin. It dissolves readily in warm water, making it easy to enjoy as part of your daily routine.

Suggested Use

Dissolve approximately 200mg (around half a pea-sized amount) in hot water, tea, coffee or warm milk. Stir until fully dissolved before consuming.
