This is an original OEM Nintendo Gamecube controller (pre-owned). 

It has been cleaned (if necessary, shell / buttons are ran through an Ultra Sonic Cleaner)

Controller will be in good condition* which may come with cosmetic issues, but will be in full working condition.

Any buttons, button pads, or analog sticks that are found to be less than very good quality will replaced with brand new parts.
