This is a vintage hair barrette from the 1980's that has layers a soft, wrinkled medium blue to Navy fabric that forms a floofy bow. It has a tag with the name "Fashionique II" on it. It rests on a French barrette backing and is approximately 7" wide. {Please know that I am not the best picture-taker and this looks much better in person!}
