VMV-40 Tool Maker Vise 

Miniature vise can be put in a bigger vise to process small high precision workpiece. Can also be used in an EDM and grinding machines.
Squareness and parallelism: 0.005mm (5 micron or 0.00019") 

  • Made of SK2 high carbon tool steel (Japanese JIS standard)
  • Hardened by heat treatment and precision ground.
  • Squareness and parallelism are ensured to be within ±0.005mm  (5 micron or 0.00019").
  • It can be used and kept its high precision while standing on its base, sides & ends. For inspection use instead of squares due to its extreme accuracy.
