Plexus Primer/Conditioner PC120 is a chemical primer and conditioner designed for Plexus adhesives used on aluminum and stainless steel. Plexus PC120 acts as a cleaner to remove contaminants on the metal surface, in many cases replacing routine solvent cleaning. The active ingredients in this primer increase the bonding resistance against salt water.

Instructions for using Plexus Primer/Conditioner PC120: Brush or wipe a thin film on the metal being treated. Apply enough of a thin layer so a red tint is visible. Lightly wipe to leave a thin layer behind. Wait 1 to 3 minutes (at ambient temperatures), and once the primer is dry, apply the adhesive.
