You are looking at 2021-22 Philadelphia 76ers City Edition "Crypto.com" sponsor patch.  This specific patch is only for the City Edition jersey as it is a very dark navy.  Patch can be heat pressed and then sewn on the jersey - highly recommend you let a seamstress put it on so you don't damage your jersey.    Heat press on and then sew tackletwill (means zigzag).  Shipping with online confirmation is $4.75.
