RETURN POLICY*

            We offer free domestic returns for United States residents for 30 days upon the item's delivery date unless otherwise noted in our listing. Please send us a photo of the item’s current condition with your return request. If the item has been used/installed, is missing manufacturer packaging, broken or defective (buyer's fault), or otherwise in different condition from which it was received, we have the right to issue a partial/no refund. Upon receiving the item and examining the condition, we will send the appropriate refund via eBay (or Paypal if necessary).

        We offer same day shipping if the item is purchased by 12pm noon CST M-F excluding Federal holidays and if our store is on vacation (vacation information will be posted upon viewing our listings if applicable). If your item has arrived damaged or contents missing, please document all information from the carrier and photos of the packaging so it can be submitted as a claim to the carrier. If an item is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and the tracking has not been updated in 7 days, it is officially considered lost and a missing mail claim can be submitted. Please be aware we (as the seller) or you (as the recipient) cannot submit a missing mail claim with USPS until 7 days have passed from the last tracking update. If your item is shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx, please open a case with eBay and send us all documentation of the damaged or missing item so we can submit a claim to the carrier directly.
