Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned within 30 days and is in its original condition with unopened, unused, undamaged packaging.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Any damage claims must be accompanied by photographs and/or the damaged product being returned to the Seller.  In some cases, a signed affidavit detailing the circumstance may be required.

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.  This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.  Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit and not delivered, we will replace your item if they are still available.  If we cannot replace them, we will refund your order and any shipping cost.  However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.  It is the buyer's responsibility to secure their mailbox for delivery.
