Prior to purchasing your item make sure you have a proper diagnostic completed by an appliance repair technician and you are ordering the correct part for repair/replacement. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the parts ordered is designated for your brand, model and the correct serial number required. 

REPLACEMENTS:
If your item arrives defective or damaged you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return the item with all components and packaging for a full refund or replacement (less all shipping and handling fees). 

NOTICE: Once item is received, we will inspect and evaluate the item to verify the reported defect. Item must not be damaged due to improper installation and/or misdiagnosis and/or poor packaging (please use original box and packaging) or item will not be refunded or replaced. Customer may choose to pay all shipping and handling fees to have their damaged part returned to them. Damaged returned parts will be disposed of after 30 days if buyer chooses not to pay for return shipping or if buyer fails to respond with a decision. After 30 days we are no longer liable for the abandoned parts. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTORIZATION. ITEMS SHIPPED THIS WAS WILL BE DISPOSED OF IMMEDIATLEY AND NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED. 

REFUND(Any Reason):
All refund returns subject to 35% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to begin the return process. Acknowledgment and acceptance of the restocking fee is required prior to return shipping.  Once return authorization has been given you may return it in the fully sealed, unopened and uninstalled condition in original packaging with all components included for a full refund (less 35% restocking fee and all shipping and handling fees).
