Description:
British PJ. Baksendaul Baxandall Type tube tone control circuit. As early as the mono period has been published and used, it uses the frequency negative feedback work of the low-distortion tone circuit, although it is a negative feedback tone control circuit, but not by the beta circuit to complete all the tone control functions. It is to change the frequency characteristics of the coupling part with the V1, and together with the changes given by negative feedback, to promote or attenuate the low frequency and high frequency. The circuit is characterized by a wide range of controls, and when all two potentiometers are placed in the middle position, a flat response curve can be obtained.
When controlled, the shape of the treble frequency response curve is almost unchanged, but is panned along the frequency axis, although the bass frequency response curve is not constant, but its change is smaller than most continuous adjustable circuits.
