Dear U.S. Customers,
Effective August 29, 2025, at 12:01 AM (EST), due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, all products will be subject to customs duties. While some items may have duties included in their listed prices, high-value products and those shipped via express couriers (FedEx or DHL) will incur customs duties payable by the customer. Please note clearly that the responsibility for these payments lies with the buyer, not the seller. We kindly ask you to review this carefully before making your purchase, as refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted on the basis of customs duties.
Additionally, please note that even if a product is shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse, customs duties may still apply during the process of transferring inventory from our Korea warehouse to the U.S. warehouse. For this reason, price adjustments may sometimes be unavoidable.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- The shipping time and rate vary with destination country and an extra fee might be incurred depending on delivery location or for expedited shipping. Shipping might be delayed due to the customs.
- You are responsible for shipping out to wrong address due to outdated address on you eBay account. Therefore, you must update your address on your account whenever it is charged.
Shipping
- With FedEx, EMS and DHL shipping, declaring lower value is not possible according to their shipping policy. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding or purchase.
Customs & Duties
- We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 14 days from the received date. We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost after two weeks.
- If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself. For return due to changing of your mind, 20% of the restocking fee and the round shipping fee are on the your side.
- Returning items for a refund must be in new condition by being unopend and in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
- If you refuse to receive the parcel due to import tax, the round shipping cost will be charged on your side. Same rules will be applied for unclamed returned items.
- You agree to all terms and conditions mentioned above by buying our item.
Return
- Most of our products have one-year-long warranty except for misuse or improper installation by you. Please contact us if you'd like to know full warranty details.
