Here is a brand new ring, size U.S. 5.75 with a giant center stone, beautifully enhanced by multiple smaller stones on all sides and on the band! Never worn!

Stone is advertised as 6 carats but looks bigger than that to me.
Main stone measures 15mm across the top! 
Along with the smaller round stones in the band and on the sides, there are two pear-shaped stones, each roughly 1/4-1/3 ct (see second-to-last photo).

This ring was made in India.

First 4 photos come from the manufacturer. Last four photos I took of actual ring in my house, in the box. If you need more pix, just ask. 

The stones are lab-created diamond. Not sure if that is chemically the same as a CZ, but it is not a natural mined diamond--one this size, colorless and flawless to the eye, would cost well over $100,000!

The company says it is sterling silver, plated with 14kt white gold. The band is unmarked, but it appears to be what it claims.
