Delivery

We offer a choice of delivery services. We have most items with free standard delivery 3-5 days, You can upgrade for a faster delivery speed at checkout, the pricing will be shown on each applicable listing. We recommend adding the item to basket and then choosing the delivery option from there.

We dispatch all stock items within 1 working day, any items which are not in stock, you will receive from Ebay an estimated delivery date. This is an indication of delivery. Please email us through ebay for further information on your delivery. We also cannot change any address on your order and can only ship to your confirmed address.

When Choosing Express Next Day Delivery - Please note this is not a guaranteed service. Ebay provide an estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to any fault of the courier and events beyond our control. No refunds are given for late deliveries unless this is directly our fault or error.

All items require a signature, and cannot be left safe.

Returned to Sender or un-deliverable Items

Note any return to sender items due to been not collected or re-delivered attracts a return to sender fee which is charged by our courier's. This fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Please ensure you arrange a re-delivery or organise a collection of your item.

Returns are accepted on most purchases from us between 14 and 30 days. (each item has there own return days and appears on each individual listing) Please request a return through Ebay if you wish to return any un-wanted items. Note for Sterile/ Hygiene Items or made to order ie Whelping Boxes. Any Hygiene items are excluded from returns when the hygiene label seal is broken. Each Hygiene item when delivered has a notice advising you of any applicable items which would be excluded from returns once opened. These include but are not limited to Whelping Kits, Heat Pads, Cool Coats, and hygiene items. Returns for None Hygiene Items such as Collars, Coats, Beds are required to be brand new, with tags attached and free from pet hair or soiling. Exchanges are not possible due to Ebays return system. If you require a different size please make a new purchase.
