Choi (South Pasadena, California), 8 3/4 x 11 1/8 inches tall red cloth hardcover, no dust jacket (as issued), white, black and gold design and lettering to front cover and spine, copiously illustrated with modern color illustrations as well as black-and-white historical illustrations, vii, 59 pp. Very slight soiling and rubbing to covers, with mild bumping to the lower tips and resultant very slight crease to a few page tips. Nicely signed and inscribed to a fellow physician on the blank front free-endpaper. Very slight foxing to title page. Otherwise,a very good copy - clean, bright and unmarked.
