Book is complete with all 12 figures and playmat. 

There is some wear on the book itself including a small tear at the top of the book (pictured).

Figurines have been played with so there is some minimal wear on a few.

Playmat has quite a few wrinkles and a couple of creases from use. There are no visible tears.
