Storage:
Please store compostable bags in a cool and dry environment and use within 12 months. Over time, the material may lose some of its mechanical properties and weaken. Material degradation will be accelerated in a compost environment in the presence of micro-organisms, humidity and warmth.
To ensure optimum performance we would recommend purchasing no more than you would expect to use over a 12 month period.
Packaging and Shipping Materials:
We use minimum packaging for our products to reduce waste. In addition, we only use recyclable/biodegradable/recycled postal materials, and whereas possible, we tend to reuse cardboard boxes to ship packages. Thank you for helping us protect the enviornment.
Certification:
All our food waste bags and raw materials are certified biodegradable and compostable according to the European standard EN 13432 for compostable packaging.
