1997 Slowpoke Playmat Promo Insert 079 Pokemon Japanese Non Holo Vintage.

Pokemon 1997 Playmat insert Slowpoke promo card. It came inside a playmat set (Playmat NOT INCLUDED). Only sold for a limited time at the Pokemon Centers and a handful of toy stores in Japan, back in May, 1997. This was the 10th Japanese promo card ever made. Out of production.

This card is in very good shape. I think it’s a PSA 10. Looks to be centered and not visible defects
