Boswell Beginnings: A History of Boswell, B.C. and Area up to 1950
By Boswell Ladies Club

1986 first edition, Hall Printing / Boswell Ladies Club (Boswell, British Columbia, Canada), 8 3/8 x 10 7/8 inches tall wire spiral bound in pictorial covers, copiously illustrated with black-and-white photographs, [4], 174 pp. Slight soiling and moderate rubbing and edgewear to covers. Very slight staining to fore page edges. Otherwise, apart from a few pages with creased tips, a very good copy - clean, bright and unmarked - of this scarce local history.

A history of Boswell, a rural locality on the east shore of Kootenay Lake, approximately 35 km due east of the city of Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. More than half the volume is dedicated to histories of families in Boswell, LaFrance, Lockhart, Sanca and Twin Bays, so this is an important reference for the history or genealogy researcher.
