Vintage unworn, classy and glamorous Saks Fifth Avenue velvet "wiggle" dress. It is strapless and has a sweetheart neckline. Featuring a large satin bow across the hips in back, and a slit in the center back of the skirt with satin ruffles. It closes with a side zipper. New old stock with original tags.
