NASA Space Shuttle STS-33 Official NASA Launch Photo (Discovery)

Official NASA 8x10 glossy launch photo of STS-33.  Orbiter was Discovery. Crew of 5.    Liftoff was 22 November 1989 and return to earth was 27 November 1989. 

Not many details are released about DOD missions. It was a beautiful launch tho and lit up the skies around the KSC area. This was a 5 man crew and included:  Commander Fred Gregory, Pilot John Blaha, and payload specialists Story Musgrave, Katheryn Thornton, Manley Carter.
