New, never used or displayed, antenna or pencil topper featuring a black Mickey Mouse head, with a green five point crown, possibly for St. Patrick's Day or Mardi Gras.  Material appears to be a light, hard foam.  Size is approximately 2.75" x 3.00".  Condition is near mint to mint.
