This is a lightly circulated example of a 1976D Doubled Die Obverse quarter. The Cherrypicker's  listing number is FS-101. These are very difficult to locate in any grade. PCGS Genuine, the variety is not noted on the slab. The machine damage is a slight counting wheel mark on the obverse, mostly in the field between Liberty and In God We Trust.
