Laser cut using black and white acrylic by Rex Rossano Perez, the Visayas (name after a group of Islands in his homeland, the Phillipines) is a pocket sized sequential discovery puzzle, rather uniquely - what's needed to solve the puzzle are actually housed inside.  Instead of a coin, the aim is to free the star.  Visayas measures 6.2cm.

As with his other puzzles, the screws are definitely not part of the puzzle mechanism - their only function is to hold the puzzle together!

Rex Rossano Perez is a name synonymous with packing puzzles and has quickly become one of the most high-profile designers around. The deceptive simplicity combined with superb engineering are his trademarks and make his puzzles extremely enjoyable and satisfying to solve.
