New Semiconductors or new factory sealed    spare parts will not be accepted back if the original factory packing has been    opened, or the device has been soldered

 

We do not sell Boards to test or    diagnose faults in your equipment, so if you have just purchased a board to    diagnose any fault by yourself, OR, you have purchased the wrong Board a re-test    fee will apply, we strongly advise you to avoid all this, and submit a request    stating Equip type, Model and fault details and we can then advise if the part    you want to purchase will correct the described fault or not,
