Main Features:
The soft-start board function is to reduce the instantaneous impact current to reduce the machine's impact on the grid and extend the life of the switch. This board uses ultra-high current (100A) pure copper foot relay and oversized thermistor NTC 20D-20, which effectively protects the machine from excessive startup current.
This board does not need auxiliary power supply, only two terminals, one connected to the power input (before you can connect a switch control), an output load, the use of very convenient.
Working Principle:
Turn on the power supply early, through the negative temperature coefficient of the thermistor to the load power supply, with the thermistor temperature increases, the resistance decreases, the voltage rises slowly, thus effectively suppress the surge current on the impact of the line and other electrical Impact. About 5 seconds after the relay pull, short-circuit thermistor, the power supply through the relay contacts directly to the load power supply, load into the normal working condition.
