First measure the length of your feet by following these steps
1) Put the sheet of large paper on the floor up against the wall 2) Stand on the sheet with your feet together and your heels against the wall. 3) Mark with the pencil (or ask for help) where your longest toe is. 4) Take the sheet and measure the distance from the edge to the pencil mark. 5) Look at the size conversion table to find out your size.
